Return Policy

At Calmkart, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with tags.

To request a return, customers must email calmkartofficial@gmail.com with their order number and reason for return.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear images.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
